Digital Humans for Financial Services

The Digital Humans for Financial Services project was focused on designing and developing AI-enabled agents that could be used as virtual advisors in financial services. The agents were developed using JavaScript, HTML, and API calls, and were designed to provide a personalized experience across different digital channels and customer touchpoints.

The agents developed as part of this project were implemented as chatbots, created using Google Dialogflow, which was then connected to Kommunicate. The chatbots were then connected with a digital human to enable text-to-speech and lip syncing, providing a more anthropomorphic experience for users. The goal of this project was to increase trust in users and enhance their overall experience.

One of the key benefits of using digital humans as virtual advisors in financial services is the ability to provide personalized advice to customers. By leveraging AI, these agents can provide personalized recommendations based on a customer’s financial profile, helping them make informed decisions about their investments, insurance policies, and other financial products.

Another key benefit of using digital humans in financial services is the ability to enhance the user experience. By providing a more human-like experience, these agents can help users feel more comfortable and confident in their interactions with financial institutions. This can lead to increased engagement and customer loyalty.

Overall, the Digital Humans for Financial Services project was a critical step in developing new and innovative ways to engage with customers in the financial services industry. By leveraging the latest technologies, such as AI, chatbots, and digital humans, financial institutions can provide a more personalized, engaging, and trustworthy experience for their customers, helping to build stronger relationships and drive business growth.
