Digital Humans for Financial Services
The agents developed as part of this project were implemented as chatbots, created using Google Dialogflow, which was then connected to Kommunicate. The chatbots were then connected with a digital human to enable text-to-speech and lip syncing, providing a more anthropomorphic experience for users.
